Important Shipping Note: While we handle the delivery to your country, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These fees vary based on your location and order value and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for an estimate before ordering.

Returns Policy

We believe in our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our simple and straightforward returns process is designed for your convenience.

Return Within 15 Days
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

1. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure a smooth process, please contact us or WhatsApp us for return slip before sending back the package. 

2. Key Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping fee unless we sent you the faulty item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that personalized/custom-made products, clearance items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
  • Products where the original packaging is missing or damaged will not be accepted.

3. Refund 

  • Once we receive your return, will notify you by email.
  • After inspect your return items, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-7days for processing.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed asap. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Will Charge 15% restocking fee,  after that will issue the less refunds for the cost of returned items only. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Shipping fees

  • Original Shipping: non-refundable under any circumstances, including customs holds.
  • Return Shipping: Paid by the customer, except for defective items.


Exchanges Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange an item, please contact us to obtain a return slip

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover a portion of the exchange shipping fee, depending on the situation. Please contact us for specific terms.



Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order begins processing, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. For personalized or custom-made products, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
